"Leave Stress Behind, Eat Well, Breathe, Be Aware" Program within the scope of Health Week and Sports Friendly Campus Activities

In order to draw attention to Health Week, an event titled “Leave Stress Behind, Eat Well, Breathe, Be Aware” will be held on April 10, 2025. This program, which will be held within the scope of Sports-Friendly Campus Activities, will draw attention to physical and mental well-being, which is neglected in the tempo of daily life; ways to cope with stress, healthy nutrition suggestions, breathing techniques and awareness-focused practices will be included.
