Süleyman Demirel University, Faculty of Health Sciences was established in 2009 with the closure of Isparta Health School. It is a faculty with an exemplary education-training program that includes five different disciplines: Midwifery Department, Nursing Department, Physiotherapy and Rehabilitation Department, Nutrition and Dietetics Department, and Gerontology Department. Health sciences education is provided by a strong academic staff who are competent, have contemporary knowledge and skills, are researchers, have a vision in national and international platforms in the fields of clinical sciences courses and internship training. The education programs within our faculty are reviewed and updated every year, and in order to increase their general competence, our students can also benefit from elective courses in different programs of the university in addition to the course programs they are registered to. Within the scope of national and international education cooperation studies, many of our students have the opportunity to continue a part of their education in different and distinguished higher education institutions through Erasmus, Farabi, Mevlana and other bilateral protocols. Many national and international students also receive education in our faculty through the same cooperation channels.
