TÜBİTAK-2209 UNDERGRADUATE STUDENT PROJECTS INFORMATION MEETING WAS HELD AT THE FACULTY OF HEALTH SCIENCES

Süleyman Demirel University Faculty of Health Sciences organized an important event to increase the participation of undergraduate students in scientific projects. The TÜBİTAK-2209 Undergraduate Student Projects Information Meeting, organized under the leadership of Assoc. Prof. Gülçin Şatır, was designed to guide academic staff in research and project preparation processes.

 Assoc. Prof. Gülçin Şatır said, “You are the ones who will lead the scientists of the future. TÜBİTAK projects offer a unique opportunity to gain research experience at the undergraduate level and to improve yourself,” emphasizing the importance of students’ participation in projects.

 

During the event, detailed information about the TÜBİTAK-2209 program was shared. ŞATIR explained topics such as how to apply for projects, budgeting processes and success criteria.

Assoc. Prof. Dr. Güiçin ŞATIR said at the end of the meeting, “We are here to further deepen and develop the scientific adventure we started in high school in the university environment. We aim for each of our students to develop a project and receive support in this process.”

The Faculty of Health Sciences aims to increase the interest of its students in scientific research and contribute to their standing out in their fields with such information meetings. Academicians who attended the event stated that they gained the necessary motivation to develop their projects after the presentations.
