In-Service Training on Patient Satisfaction and Communication

Between February 12 and 16, an in-service training on "Patient Satisfaction and Communication" was conducted for the staff of Süleyman Demirel University Research and Application Hospital by our department’s faculty members, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Elif Aşık, Dr. Tangül Aytur Özen, and Research Assistant Tuğçe Kaplan Uyan.

As part of this program, five days of seminars were provided to nurses, patient and elderly care staff, receptionists and secretarial staff, security personnel, as well as cleaning and kitchen staff at the hospital.

A total of 903 personnel participated in the seminars.
