Horizontal Transfer Application Procedures Based on Central Placement Score (Additional Article-1) for Fall Semester of 2025-2026 Academic Year

The documents, application, and evaluation schedule required for students transferring to our University under Additional Article 1 of the Regulation on Transfers, Double Majors, Minors, and Interinstitutional Credit Transfers between Associate and Undergraduate Programs in Higher Education Institutions are listed below. Applications must be submitted ONLINE at the specified address. Applications with missing documents or incomplete declarations will not be considered.

2- YKS Exam Result Document

3- YKS Placement Result Document

4- Transcript and Course Outline (To be uploaded during the application for the Faculty of Medicine)

ONLINE APPLICATION PROCESS

Applicants must apply online at https://sis.sdu.edu.tr/oibs/hoa_app. Applications will not be accepted in person or by mail.

FINAL REGISTRATION PROCESS

This process will be completed online at https://sis.sdu.edu.tr/oibs/hoa_app.

NOTE: Documents required for final registration must be hand-delivered to registered units by September 26, 2025.

DOCUMENTS REQUIRED FOR FINAL REGISTRATION

In addition to the application documents:

1- Passport Photo (2 copies)

2- Male students over 28 years of age must provide a document proving they are not obligated to serve in the military

3- Bank receipt showing tuition payment (to our University) for students transferring to the evening education programs (to be deposited after obtaining a student number during registration)

4- Document proving there are no obstacles to horizontal transfer (Library and Documentation Department, Health, Culture and Sports Department, Faculty, College, etc.) and movable materials (books, devices, etc.)

5- Transcript and Course Description (To be requested from students requesting course exemption)

6- Compulsory preparatory class/scientific preparatory class achievement certificate/exemption certificate, if applicable
