ACCREDITATION INFORMATION MEETING FOR ACADEMIC PERSONNEL AND STUDENT REPRESENTATIVES

The Faculty of Health Sciences held an information meeting regarding the accreditation process, which is an important threshold. Academic staff and student representatives were invited to the meeting held on Friday, November 1, 2024 at 11:30, under the chairmanship of our Dean of the Faculty, Prof. Dr. Ferdi BAŞKURT, with the cooperation of Lecturer İpeksu ÖZBAŞ and Lecturer Feyza ÇOBAN from the Quality Coordination Department.

Accreditation plays a critical role in increasing the quality of education and reaching international standards. In this context, the faculty management explained how internationally accepted norms in the field of health are adopted and how developing education methods are put into practice. Detailed information was shared about how meticulously our faculty's education processes are carried out and the work carried out to increase the opportunities offered to students.

The meeting also discussed the innovations and benefits brought by the accreditation process. This organization, where the contributions of student representatives and the experiences of academic staff are also on the agenda, will serve as an important milestone in the educational life of health sciences students.
