Ensuring adequate and balanced nutrition of the individuals constituting the society, increasing the quality of life, protecting, improving, and developing their health with a multidisciplinary approach,

To train dietitians who follow scientific developments with ethical values with the awareness of lifelong learning.

Fundamental Educational Objectives of the Program;
1. To impart and implement all the necessary professional knowledge and skills within the scope of the Nutrition and Dietetics education program.
2. To equip students with the ability to identify and address the nutritional problems of society.
3. To develop skills in multidisciplinary teamwork as well as verbal and written communication.
4. To instill the behavior of lifelong learning by adapting professional knowledge and skills to contemporary scientific advancements.
5. To train dietitians who possess an understanding of professional ethics and responsibility, adhere to the principles of sustainable nutrition, protect both human and environmental health, and are both inquisitive and innovative.
