A Meaningful Visit to the Elderly from the Physiotherapy and Barrier-Free Living Society
The Izotherapy and Barrier-Free Life Community has undertaken a meaningful social responsibility project within the scope of Elderly Week. In the event held on March 29, 2024, community members visited the Isparta Private Peace Disabled Care Center between 10:00 and 13:00.
As part of the visit, students chatted with elderly and special individuals staying at the center and provided moral support with various social events. The event, where sincere and warm moments were experienced, aimed to strengthen intergenerational ties and increase social awareness.
Community members stated that such events are of great importance in order to make elderly individuals feel that they are not alone and to increase their awareness of social responsibility.
